I became a happy owner of Contax 645! Production of these cameras stopped in 2005, but they are still very popular, and many top film photographers use them in their work. Just watch the works of Josse Villa, Elizabeth Messina, Erich Mcvey etc. Their talent, combined with this instrument, gives really amazing results.
Getting to know the middle format for me started with Pentax 645n. It is also a great camera, which handles the necessary tasks, but I like the Zeiss lens more.
